The programme consists of a series of 7 short workshop modules, including the programme launch. Each module is designed to provide you with a range of models, theories, practical tools and techniques to enhance your leadership and management skills.
The Leading at NEO Development Programme is aligned to NEO’s Leadership Culture Framework.
Each module provides development in several of the critical leadership skills and behaviours referenced in NEO’s Leadership Culture;
The programme has been designed to ensure you have time between modules to review / embed / implement learning back in the workplace effectively.
Key content and relevant supporting information will be provided as A5 sized handouts to be included in your programme handbook, so you can easily refer to it in the future.
In addition to the core workshops, you will also be provided with 1 to 1 coaching sessions to support your own personal development.
The programme will be facilitated by White Cube Consulting, a specialist Human Resource, Development and Recruitment consultancy based in Aberdeen.
